Privacy Policy

The short version

ClimateClicks is a content and tools site. You can use every page and calculator without creating an account. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Calculator inputs. Numbers you enter into our tools (like battery size or ZIP code) are processed to show you results. ZIP codes submitted to the rebates lookup are passed to our incentives data provider to return matching programs. We do not store these inputs on our servers.

Email address. If you sign up for our email brief, we store your address with our email service provider and use it only to send you the brief. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Usage analytics. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. We do not build individual profiles.

Third parties

Incentive data is provided by Rewiring America. If you click through to an installer, utility, or manufacturer, their privacy policy applies on their site. If you request a quote through a partner, we will tell you at that moment exactly what information is shared and with whom.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Any cookies we set are functional or analytic in nature.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can email us to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion: jameson.sansone@gmail.com.
